G. Nandakumar – Business development
With a wide array of products for our customers, our business development team ensures
to meet our customer requirements with utmost accuracy and detail. At Al Aqwas the
business development team ensures that our customers’ voices are echoed with top most
priority across the organization, and the team believes in sustained long-term customer
relationship. Our team ensures that the inbound leads are taken through the sales funnel seamlessly and
efficiently enabling our customers to have a world class sustainable experience. Our team ensures that
our customers get an in hand exposure and experience with our partner principles through continual

P.P. Philip – Supply Chain & Partner Relations
The overall supply chain, logistics strategy and operations is overseen by Mr. Philip along
with our supply chain team, ensuring maximum productivity and operational efficiency. The
team plays a crucial role in developing and maintain a relationship with vendors and partner
principles. They ensure the integration process of new developments with our customers is
done through our front end team through continual customer engagement. The process improvements,
product improvements, optimal training across the organization is ensured by the team through continual
to and fro constructive feedback. The ability of our team to communicate professionally and clearly has
enabled Al Aqwas to reach new milestones and grow as a successful color partner to our customers.
Rejeev C. S – Finance and HR
From becoming the key point across the organization for various finance and accounting
matters to human resource role, Mr Rejeev has been instrumental in ensuring timely
payments to our vendors and strive towards enhancing the reputation of Al Aqwas in the
industry. Social engagement of employees has been considered of great value at Al Aqwas
and Mr. Rejeev has been instrumental in addressing that aspect and ensuring that the employees are
aligned towards the organizational goal.
